We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Acquisition Specialist to help us scale the growth of our mobile app. Your main focus will be Apple Search Ads, where you’ll own the channel end-to-end from campaign structure and keyword expansion to testing, optimization, and scaling budgets. You’ll also run campaigns across other acquisition channels, constantly looking for ways to unlock new growth.

Own and scale Apple Search Ads campaigns and other mobile acquisition channels to drive high-quality installs and paid subscriptions;Continuously run experiments across keywords, creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting;Optimize campaigns for down-funnel metrics such as trial starts, subscription conversions, and LTV;Identify and test new paid acquisition channels and growth opportunities;Monitor campaign performance and ensure efficient CAC / ROAS targets;Build performance reports and provide insights to guide acquisition strategy;Stay up to date with mobile privacy changes, attribution models, and platform updates.

Proven experience in mobile performance marketing or user acquisition;Expertise with Apple Search Ads;Experience managing other app campaigns;Experience working with mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular);Strong understanding of mobile subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, trial-to-paid conversion, retention);Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data;Experience managing large-scale campaigns.
