As a People Operations and Office Intern, you will assist with the daily functions of people and office operations, helping contribute to a productive and welcoming environment for the employees.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized intern to support office operations and workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to keep our workplace efficient, welcoming, and fun. You’ll directly impact daily operations nd help foster an environment where our team can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with company events, hiring processes, and workplace improvement ideas.
Contributing to the company’s internal website and digital documentation.
Daily responsibilities of organizing spaces, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and owning general office upkeep.
Qualifications
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive, flexible, and willing to take on varied tasks
Comfortable with light physical work (supplies, tidying, etc.)
Innovative and creative in finding better ways to work and solve problems
Preferred
Interest and/or experience in operations, HR, or workplace culture (tech skills a plus).
Google Drive and Notion experience.
