This role
The Promoter Coordinator is responsible for leading, coordinating and monitoring the operations of the promoter team within a defined region, ensuring that national strategies are executed in every point of sale and that commercial, operational and customer experience targets are met.
This role aligns regional execution with company objectives, supervises third‑party agencies, optimizes field resources and acts as the primary link between promoters, commercial partners and the National Promoter Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Supervise and provide daily follow-up to promoter teams across the different points of sale in the region.
Ensure the execution of commercial and visibility strategies defined by the National Promoter Coordinator.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, goal compliance and operational conditions.
Train, motivate and accompany the sales force (promoters) on sales techniques, customer service, objection handling and fraud prevention; detect training needs and coordinate ongoing training plans with the National Coordinator.
Validate reports on attendance, performance and sales results of the promoters.
Monitor the execution of promotions, activations and regional campaigns.
Support logistical coordination with external agencies (hiring, rotation, payments and incident management).
Report weekly key indicators such as sales volume, productivity, coverage, absenteeism and turnover.
Analyze market information and propose improvement opportunities in the region.
Ensure that all promoters comply with the policies, guidelines and values of the company.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience supervising sales teams or promoters.
Experience in retail, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
Strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Availability to travel frequently within the region.
Goal-oriented, proactive and capable of managing and motivating teams.
