POSITION SUMMARY
The Revenue Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Management team and focuses on the development and execution of data-driven revenue optimization strategies. This role requires analysis of large and complex datasets to identify performance trends, produce actionable insights, and deliver strategic recommendations that support optimizing NOI. The analyst will partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities, monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs), and play a critical role in the company’s overall financial performance and operational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the VP, Revenue by analyzing data related to pricing, sales mix, segmentation, and capacity to identify trends and performance driversSupport the responsible use of AI by documenting use cases, validating outputs, and assisting with basic model performance monitoring and data quality checksUtilize analytics tools, automation, and AI-enabled platforms to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows, under guidance from senior team membersAssist with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.Support market research and competitor analysis efforts by collecting data, developing benchmarks, and summarizing insights related to revenue performanceConduct routine and ad hoc data analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations, and assist in translating findings into clear insights for internal stakeholdersBuild, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-makingCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to provide data-driven insights that support commercial initiatives, campaigns, and pricing decisionsAssist in forecasting and trend analysis by using historical data to help evaluate business performance and support planning activitiesWork with the Ticketing team to help ensure systems and tools (including Ventrata) are set up correctly for reporting, pricing analysis, and capacity trackingParticipate in testing, learning, and adoption of new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities and operational efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business strategiesComfort using AI tools as part of daily analytical workflowsData analytics tools experience is preferred (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI). At a minimum, expert proficiency in Excel is requiredProven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and qualityExcellent multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skillsExceptional written and oral communication skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or EconomicsTwo to three years of experience in a related positionMust have experience with creating reports and models
