As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the engine of our growth, engaging with North American decision-makers to position MOD as their ultimate scaling solution.
Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Prospecting: Execute 80–150+ daily activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to U.S.-based prospects.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify high-intent leads based on budget, authority, and need to build a robust sales funnel.
- CRM & Tool Mastery: Maintain high data accuracy in Salesforce and Salesloft, optimizing multi-touch sequences and follow-up tracking.
- Appointment Setting: Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives, ensuring strong show rates through professional persistence.
- Strategic Messaging: Craft high-converting, personalized outreach using tools like ChatGPT and Canva to stand out to decision-makers.
- Objection Handling: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and address prospect challenges by positioning MOD’s value proposition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily metrics and KPIs through dashboards to continuously iterate and improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
- English Fluency: C1-C2 level proficiency suitable for U.S. corporate communication.
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, ideally with U.S. companies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot), Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week) aligned with U.S. Business Hours (EST/PST).
- Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Apollo.io.
- Experience with AI-enhanced productivity tools (Notion, ClickUp, ChatGPT).
