As part of global marketing team, the Senior Product Marketing Manager leads the market strategy for BioAgilytix’s bioanalytical services. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns to expand awareness in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The position is crucial in driving market visibility, customer engagement, and the growth of both new and existing services.
Location: Must be located in North Carolina, working remotely
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of product marketing strategies for bioanalytical testing services, including market positioning, value proposition articulation, and competitive analysis
Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new services launches, including timeline management, cross-functional alignment, and performance tracking
Lead the production of thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and educational content by working with SMEs, external writers, and agencies
Monitor and coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure all content describing services, value propositions, and scientific capabilities is up-to-date across the website, ads, email campaigns, nurture sequences, and other digital channels
Direct the planning, production, and launch of webinars, including topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion, and post-event analysis to drive lead generation and engagement
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends in bioanalytical testing, pharma scientist needs, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing initiatives
Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, operations, and scientific teams to align on messaging and go-to-market plans
Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership on service marketing performance, market opportunities, and strategic adjustments
Collaborate with scientists and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create PowerPoint slides, collaterals, and presentation materials for customer engagements and sales support
Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on bioanalytical science, marketing best practices, and service offerings to enhance sales effectiveness

Minimum Preferred Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
8 years of product marketing experience, with at least 5 years in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or CRO/CDMO environments
Skills:
An understanding of the drug discovery and development process, market requirements and customer needs
Requires strong and efficient organizational skills to multitask effectively
Individual initiative, strategic and creative thinking, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience working with cross-functional teams is a must
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will not have direct reports.
Supervision Received:
Infrequent supervision and instructions
Frequently exercises discretionary authority
Working Environment:
Remote, located in North Carolina
Occasional travel required

Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for up to 8 hours per day

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours as published in the BioAgilytix Employee Handbook
