(Marketing Talent Partnerships)
Help companies scale their marketing teams at the right moment
Many companies are actively investing in marketing. They launch new campaigns, expand into new channels, or grow their marketing teams. But execution often slows down for one simple reason: there aren’t enough hands to do the work. At Leaped, we help companies solve that problem by introducing trained marketing professionals who can immediately support their marketing teams.
As a Talent Introduction & Business Development Specialist, you identify companies that are expanding their marketing teams and start the conversation by introducing relevant marketing talent. You work with real market signals, such as companies hiring marketers or expanding their marketing activities. When you see that signal, you connect the company with talent that can help them move faster. This role combines market research, outbound prospecting, and commercial conversations to generate new opportunities for the Leaped team.
What you’ll do - Spot opportunities in the market
You monitor companies that are expanding their marketing activities and identify when additional marketing capacity is needed.
For example, when companies publish vacancies for roles such as:
Digital Marketer
Performance Marketer
Growth Marketer
Paid Media Specialist
Marketing Manager
When you see these signals, you start the conversation by introducing available marketing talent that can immediately support their team.
Research and build your own pipeline
You identify companies that fit the Leaped Ideal Customer Profile:
20–150 employees
Growing marketing teams
Active across multiple marketing channels
Industries such as SaaS, e-commerce, and agencies
You build and maintain a structured list of potential accounts where opportunities may arise.
Connect with the right decision makers
Within these companies, you identify the relevant decision makers, such as:
Founder
Head of Marketing
Marketing Manager
Growth Lead
Through LinkedIn, you start conversations about their marketing team and potential capacity needs.
Introduce marketing talent
When you see a potential fit, you introduce available Leaped marketers to the company.
The focus is not on selling recruitment services, but on helping teams that need additional hands for campaigns, experimentation and marketing execution.
Generate discovery meetings
When companies show interest, you:
Ask a few qualifying questions
Identify their marketing team’s needs
Schedule a discovery meeting with the Leaped team
What your typical day looks like
A typical day includes:
Searching for new marketing vacancies
Researching companies that match the ICP
Identifying decision makers on LinkedIn
Sending connection requests and introduction messages
Following up with prospects
Updating CRM notes
Scheduling meetings

40–60 follow-ups per day

Why this role is interesting
This is not a traditional sales role based on random cold outreach.

In this role, you will learn:
How to identify real market opportunities
How to build your own pipeline of companies and decision makers
How to start and develop commercial conversations
How to turn initial contact into real business opportunities
You will work closely with the Leaped team to turn conversations into concrete collaborations.
For people who enjoy spotting opportunities, starting conversations, and creating commercial impact, this can be a very dynamic role.
Who might not enjoy this role?
This role might not be the best fit if you:
Feel uncomfortable reaching out to new people
Prefer working only with inbound leads
Struggle with consistent follow-up
Lose motivation when prospects do not respond immediately
Prefer highly structured environments where work is fully predefined
Success in this role comes from discipline, curiosity, and persistence.
