THE TEAM AND ROLE
You will lead the Product area responsible for Patient Administration & Billing within the Avelios platform. Your mission is to build a high-performing team, establish clear standards for discovery, specification, and release processes, and ensure that complex workflows, customer requirements, and compliance constraints translate into a coherent, cross-customer roadmap. This role combines strategic ownership with operational excellence across discovery, delivery, and rollout.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers (and closely align with domain experts where applicable)
Own and maintain an integrated roadmap across Patient Administration & Billing modules end-to-end
Ensure overall consistency in function and user experience across integrated modules
Introduce and oversee review processes and quality gates to ensure clinical requirements, workflows, internal and external subject matter expertise and regulatory inputs are systematically converted into high-quality product artefacts
Drive alignment with Engineering, Design, and the Project team to ensure consistent delivery, structured handovers, and coherent release planning to increase efficiency, quality and planning reliability
Coordinate and drive product launches and enablement to ensure successful adoption
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in product management in complex, process-heavy environments; ideally for B2B SaaS product or clinical information system
Proven people leadership (building/leading teams, coaching, setting standards) of a team >4 people
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Engineering/Design/Project/Customer) and the ability to translate ambiguity into execution-ready roadmaps and to incorporate the expertise of others rather than imposing one's own “professional authority”
Ability to breakdown complexity into manageable workstreams, and ability to help junior team members to approach problems
Nice to have: Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, MedTech, clinical software), domain knowledge of billing of clinical workflows
Strong command of English and German
