Trainee - Global L&D (REF5158H)
This role would be well-suited for a motivated intern with strong organizational skills, digital fluency, and an interest in learning and development, skills, or organizational topics.
Key responsibilities would include:
- Data collection, basic analysis, and synthesis of insights
- Creative support (structuring ideas, improving clarity and storytelling)
- Ad-hoc coordination tasks across stakeholders and initiatives
- Administrative and organizational support (documentation, follow-ups, task tracking)
Some other tasks might include:
- Calendar optimization, meeting scheduling, and agenda preparation
- Facilitation support for team meetings (notes, timekeeping, action tracking)
- Preparation and editing of presentations (PowerPoint), visual materials, and summaries
Qualifications
- Weekly 20 h across minimum 3 days a week
- Active full-time student status (or passive under 25)
- C1 English spoken and written (German is only nice to have)
- Intermediate excel skills and data analytics skills
- Strong communication style
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Structured mindset and ability to document processes
- Ownership mindset: able to work independently with guidance
- Proactive approach: bringing ideas, asking questions
