We’re hiring a User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing and growth for a consumer health platform.
This role sits at the intersection of analytical rigor and creative experimentation. You’ll own the performance marketing strategy and manage a meaningful paid acquisition budget across established and emerging channels.
You’ll be responsible for building the growth operating model, scaling paid acquisition programs, and continuously testing creative and channel strategies that drive efficient user growth.
This role works closely with product, finance, and lifecycle marketing teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with product experience, retention, and overall unit economics.
Growth Strategy & Operations
Build and maintain the growth operating model, including forecasting, target setting, and capital allocation across acquisition initiatives
Own performance marketing spend across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube), and emerging channels such as TikTok and Reddit
Partner with finance and marketing leadership on media budgets, investment decisions, and growth forecasting
Develop measurement and incrementality frameworks that accurately capture performance impact
Performance Marketing Execution
Manage day-to-day paid acquisition performance across multiple channels, ensuring campaigns hit payback period and efficiency targets
Develop and test ad creative and messaging that improves conversion rates and acquisition costs
Launch and scale new acquisition channels, moving quickly from experimentation to meaningful contribution
Partner with agencies and internal teams to optimize campaign performance and creative production
Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics platforms to improve campaign performance and workflow efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with product teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with the product roadmap and user experience
Work with lifecycle marketing to optimize the full funnel from acquisition through retention
Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategies, including incentives, onboarding experiences, and renewal mechanics
Run structured experiments and share insights across the organization
Analytics & Forecasting
Analyze marginal ROI across channels to inform budget allocation
Forecast performance gaps and develop strategies to close them
Monitor key unit economics metrics, including CAC, LTV, and payback periods
Build dashboards and reporting that make performance data accessible to stakeholders
4–6 years of performance marketing or user acquisition experience managing significant marketing budgets ($1M+ annually)
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition while maintaining strong unit economics
Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising platforms, with experience testing emerging channels
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms
Experience developing and testing high-performing ad creative
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and creative tools that improve workflow efficiency and experimentation
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and accountability
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, marketing, and analytics teams
Experience in health tech, wellness, or consumer subscription businesses
Track record of helping scale a new product or business unit
Experience working with creative agencies or internal creative teams
Background in conversion rate optimization and landing page experimentation
Familiarity with incrementality testing methodologies such as geo-testing or PSA testing
Work on technology designed to help people better understand and improve their health over time
