About the Internship:
We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Intern to support the development and execution of wholesale initiatives across department stores, specialty/boutique retail, and hospitality. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle — from sales preparation and market appointments to order entry, account communication, and post-market reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain seasonal sales tools including line sheets and assortment frameworks
- Help manage order entry, modifications, and tracking
- Assist with drop-ship maintenance including product uploads, copy template creation, and content accuracy across retail partners
- Create customized line lists by account to support seasonal buys
- Assist with image requests and assets for immediate orders and re-orders
- Update account lists, CRM, and trackers
- Support showroom appointments including sample coordination and market prep
- Shadowing/assisting team members during appointments
- Research prospective boutique and hospitality accounts and contribute to segmentation initiatives
- Support communication with boutique, department, and hospitality accounts
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience You Need:
- Current undergraduate student seeking a degree in Fashion Merchandising,
- Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Comfortable working in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Team
- Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty or wholesale environment preferred
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
- Can work independently and be a team player while maintaining a professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize/time-manage, and be highly detail-oriented
- Availability for in-person presence at our NYC office is required
