ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.
We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media, it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.
We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems.
We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.
If you’re joining ACQ Media, you’re not here to just make content. You’re here to help build a media powerhouse.
The Director of Post-Production is the senior leader responsible for building, scaling, and operating the entire post-production engine across all Acquisition.com brands.
This role owns the systems, workflows, and people required to produce high-volume, high-quality long-form and short-form content at scale without chaos, bottlenecks, or reliance on heroics.
You are responsible for leading a multi-editor team, managing sound and finishing workflows, ensuring creative consistency across brands, and building a repeatable factory model that supports weekly publishing goals across all content ecosystems.
This role is also responsible for aggressively integrating AI into post-production workflows. Not as a side tool, but as a core production advantage. AI must become the lever that allows the post team to move faster, create more, and scale output without scaling headcount irresponsibly. You are not just running an editing department. You are building a high-output post-production machine.
Reports directly to the Chief Media Officer and must be in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.
