Senior Project Manager
Our client URGENTLY requires a Senior Project Manager for a 12 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Senior Project Manager will build, manage and lead high performance teams and be accountable for the successful management and delivery of high value, highly complex business solution projects focusing on solution requirements, design, procurement, configuration, delivery, implementation and transition to steady state support. This role require consultation and coordination with all stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement business requirements and priorities to deliver solutions which achieve agreed business outcomes.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- 10 years or more experience in project management roles specifically in enterprise business solution implementations, and within a large, complex and high-profile digital project/program environment, supported by formal qualifications in project management or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of Microsoft suite of toolsets including SharePoint and the use of JIRA or ability to quickly acquire and strong understanding of IT Service Management framework.
- Strong change management skills with experience in end-to-end delivery of significant business solutions for complex business change projects integrating new ICT capabilities with organisational transformation needs.
- Experience working in a government environment across various sectors such as Police, Health etc.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
