Program Finance Specialist
Our client URGENTLY requires a Program Finance Specialist for a 12 months + Contract in Darwin.
The Program Finance Specialist will provide financial management and governance support to the Digital Transformation Program. You will develop and manage program budgets and forecasts, monitor expenditure against approved funding, and provide clear, timely financial reporting and variance analysis to support informed decision-making.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline, CA/CPA or working towards desirable.
- Demonstrated experience providing financial management and advisory services within large programs or portfolios, ideally within government or complex organisational environments.
- Proven experience developing and implementing financial tracking tools, dashboards and standard reporting frameworks to support program governance and executive oversight.
- Strong capability in budget management, forecasting, financial analysis and variance reporting across multi-project Programs and ability to translate complex financial information into clear reporting and insights for program leadership and senior stakeholders.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
