Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to assist Intus’ client delivery and product operation teams with data analysis, process improvement, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. This position is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
Provide analytical support to Intus’ client delivery, utilization management and risk consulting teams
Build customer facing analytics apps and dashboards in Sigma Computing
Build and apply statistical prediction models to improve quality of care
Develop reusable semantic models, metrics and user-defined functions to support Analytics and Data Engineering teams
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track key population health KPIs
Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Math, or related field
5 to 10 years of experience in data analysis
5 years of experience in population health or healthcare finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of SQL or Python for data manipulation
High proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Sigma Computing, Looker, Mode, Tableau, and Qlik
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Working knowledge of statistical and machine-learning models is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $120-$140k. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. Final compensation will also include a variable component and stock options.
Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
