As an Associate Sales Representative, you will transform inbound interest into confident buying decisions by guiding customers toward the perfect premium outdoor solution. As a key contributor to revenue growth, you’ll engage prospective buyers through consultative, relationship-driven sales that reflect the quality and experience of a global lifestyle brand. What You’ll Do
Convert inbound leads from chat, phone, and email into successful sales through consultative, customer-focused conversations.
Assess customer needs, budgets, and design preferences to recommend the best pergola and accessory solutions.
Build strong product expertise across our full assortment, including lighting, screens, and smart control add-ons.
Proactively upsell and cross-sell premium upgrades to enhance customer experience and increase order value.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including customer information, follow-up steps, and sales activity.
What You’ll Bring
Entry-level experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within high-ticket or consultative selling environments.
Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills that build trust and rapport quickly.
Confidence in handling objections using persuasive, value-driven reasoning.
