ACQ Media is the in-house media engine behind Acquisition.com and its portfolio of brands led by Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa.
Our mission is to build the leading business media organization in the world by 2030.
We produce high-performance long-form series, podcasts, and daily social content that reach millions of people around the globe. Our content is not vanity media, it is designed to drive measurable reach, deepen brand influence, and create downstream business impact across the entire Acquisition.com ecosystem.
We operate like a studio, not a startup content team. That means structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and an aggressive commitment to innovation, especially through AI-native production systems.
We are building a repeatable content machine that compounds: more output, higher quality, faster iteration, stronger monetization, and deeper brand equity over time.
If you’re joining ACQ Media, you’re not here to just make content. You’re here to help build a media powerhouse.
The Production Manager is the operational leader responsible for building and running the production infrastructure that powers ACQ Media.
This role owns the systems, logistics, and execution standards that allow creative and post-production teams to perform at the highest level without friction, chaos, or preventable delays.
This is not a coordinator role. This is not an “on-set helper” role.
This is a systems-driven operator who ensures every production - from studio shoots to field productions to event-based filming - runs predictably, efficiently, and at a professional studio standard.
The Production Manager builds scalable processes across pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production handoffs. As output volume increases, production complexity increases. Your job is to ensure operational excellence scales with it.
This role must also be AI-forward. Production operations should leverage automation and AI tools for scheduling, documentation, asset tracking, budgeting visibility, and workflow management. The expectation is not to “experiment occasionally.” The expectation is to build a production department that runs tighter and faster because it uses systems and AI better than anyone else.
Reports directly to the Creative Producer and must be in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate.
